By creating an account or accessing StockResults.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

StockResults.in provides market results tracking, announcements monitoring, and Telegram notification delivery for companies listed on Indian stock exchanges. The free plan permits tracking up to 15 companies on your watchlist.

3. Delivery Disclaimer

StockResults.in utilizes third-party messaging services including Telegram Messenger. While we strive to process alerts rapidly upon exchange detection, we do not guarantee zero latency or instant receipt due to network factors, upstream exchange publication pauses, or third-party infrastructure.

4. Termination & Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in automated scraping, abuse of API resources, or attempts to circumvent platform security controls.
