Tashi India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Further, in accordance with our previous communication dated 30th September, 2026, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company, by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives'' shall remain closed w.e.f. 01st October, 2026, and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
