Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on October 22, 2026 has granted 95,000 stock options under Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2021 (ESOS-2021) to the identified employees of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 460/- per option. The details as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular is enclosed herewith as an "Annexure-I".
